Our priority as wholesale suppliers of Galician Veal is the complete satisfaction of the end customer. Our entire production process—from the meticulous selection of the finest cattle from traditional farms, through butchering in our own facilities (R.S.I. No.: 10.23785/C), to distribution—is fully focused on achieving this goal.

PGI Certification
Galician Veal, protected under the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), began its journey of supervision and promotion in 1989, receiving official recognition from the European Union in 1996. This milestone made it the first European beef to implement a comprehensive control system and a guarantee certificate.
The PGI Ternera Gallega designation can only be used for meat from calves that are born, raised, and slaughtered in Galicia. These must come from local breeds and their crossbreeds and pass rigorous comprehensive quality checks.



Ternera Gallega Suprema
(Supreme Galician Veal)

This is the meat from calves under 10 months old, which have been fed with maternal milk for at least 7 months.
They are raised on traditional farms in the Galician rural environment, following traditional rearing methods.

This is the meat from calves raised on small family-run farms, using traditional cattle fattening methods and relying on their own labor.
Selected cuts
We offer more than twenty types of cuts, covering the entire butchering process of the veal.

Sirloin
It is a very juicy and tender cut, with little fat infiltration and very appreciated.

Rib Eye
Highly appreciated cut ideal for cooking on a griddle, grill, or barbecue.

Silverside
Lean and tender meat suitable for stews, casseroles, roasts, or breaded fillets.

Strip Loin
One of the finest cuts, usually served boneless as an entrecôte.
